Terrain can generate inside of swamp huts

The Bug:

Terrain can generate inside of swamp (witch) huts.

Here is an example:

Seed: -7206245882723273550
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -4418.26 102.00 -2494.57 -45.24 8.26

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the terrain inside the swamp hut.
3. Take note as to whether or not terrain can generate inside of swamp huts.

Observed Behavior:

Terrain can generate inside of swamp huts.

Expected Behavior:

Terrain would not be able to generate inside of swamp huts.
