Paintings lack transparency in 1.15

I switched my world from 1.14.4 to 1.15.1, and all the paintings are no longer transparent.

I have a custom texture pack for the world that makes the paintings transparent and it works fine in 1.14.4.

1.15.1 image is in the concrete flatworld
