1.15.1 No access to previous versions

I am using Java on my Mac, everything is updating perfectly fine with the worlds running smoothly. However, I am completely unable to access any previous Minecraft version.

I have attempted to click the bottom left corner with the version (1.15.1) as I have done in the past to switch to an earlier version but my mouse simply will not click on anything like there is nothing there.

I have also attempted on multiple occasions to install a new launcher. It always pops up with an error [Version is required] but when I click on the version section nothing pops up at all.

Also I have completely deleted Minecraft and re-downloaded it. Updated my laptop, restarted everything (all the usual works) with no luck. 

There is no other issues with the mouse/keypad and they click on everything else with no problem.
