I can not restore the purchased Minecraft

I can not restore the purchased minecraft. I bought a new laptop and can not download the client. Hope this is some kind of mistake. Because I would not want to lose my money, And I, as a resident of the CIS, do not have money to buy again. I can do something like pirate stuff ... But I bought minecraft to support the developers of the game of my life.
