Flying to high breaks world

I was playing around and decided to make a script that presses right click every 5seconds and flew up with a elytra came back around 7 hours later after going to bed to a screen saying   
"Invalid move player packet received" after trying to load up my world again im greeted with my skin sitting in the sky and about 2 seconds of conneced in i get kicked from my single player workd and am greeted with the same screen saying invalid move player packet recieved
