Villagers increase price the more you trade instead of decreasing

i made a trading hall on my friend's realm. but when i sold some stone to a mason and his price SKYROCKETED to 36 stone for an emerald (when i haven't traded for a while it is 13 stone for an emerald) and i looked at the patch notes with the parity changes but i did not see anything about villager trades.

so i decided to post it here. i would not be suprised if it is just a parity change that wasn't named.
