My Realm is showing a Yellow Light when I log-In. My game is experience serious lag which is causing my sessions to get "Timed Out" or "Connection Reset by Peer"

Hello,

 

When I go to the Realms tab on the home screen the Realm has a yellow light beside of it. Along with this, I have been experiencing very bad lag on this realm. I often will get loaded into the game and walk for a few seconds only to have the game crash and prompt me to a "Connection reset by peer" or "Timed out" screen. 

 

I was hoping there would be some way to fix this problem.
