can't open chest, can't go through a door

While playing I have noticed that, when I try to go in my house it won't let me in and the door is open. The chest won't open up and the gates open and close very fast is item is in hand.
For me to get the chest to open and go through a doorway, I have to log out and back in. This has happen more than once.
