Unable to edit beehive's NBT tag(s)

I wanted to test my honey farm,i placed all components and i used /data block ~ ~-1 ~ honey_level set value 5 command while standing on beehive to accelarate the process. After that, i looked into beehive's NBT tags with F3(Target block section) and honey_level tag still have value 0.
