Purchasing Minecraft

Good morning,

 

I am trying to purchase Minecraft Java edition. So far I have been unsuccessful in this. I keep getting the attached error message.

 

I have contacted my card provider to verify all my account details as well as functionality. All is in order there.

 

I did also follow all the trouble shooting problems from your support tab, but everything is 100% in order as it should be.

 

I do not have any other means of online purchasing.

 

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
