cannot click on anything in my inventory

I started up the game to check out the new update on my Surface Pro 6 and the last time i was on the game i had allot of stone and dirt in my inventory, so I went to try to throw the stone and dirt off a cliff when I came across a bug that wont let me click on anything in my inventory. I was able to use the numbers to move stuff around and the Q button to drop everything, but it was still annoying that I could not click on anything. I tried restarting the game, it didnt work, no matter what type of inventory I go into, I cant click on anything.
