The character editor and marketplace wont load my minecoins or previously created characters. I also cant create new character because minecraft isnt loading the different selections i can make

Basically, after loading up minecraft, the marketplace wouldnt load up my minecoins or my previously created characters. I am also having trouble creating a new character because the character editor wont show me options to choose to customize my character. My internet connection works perfectly and i have checked for updates and done everything i can to resolve this but it wont work please help.
