Redstone components on trapdoor doesn't get destroyed

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that if I open the trapdoor by hand and not by powerd redstone the redstone dust and the repeater on top of the trapdoor to get destroyed

What actually happened was...:
The redstone dust and the repeater are flying on an opened trapdoor

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Trapdoor on a wall and don't open it.
2. Place a redstone dust / redstone repeater / redstone comperator on the trapdoor.
3. Open the trapdoor with your hand.
