Bees get stuck below Y=0

Hi. I've seen a bug that makes the bee's AI get frozen when they reach the coordinate Y<=0.

What I expected to happen was...:
The bee keeping flying without caring about the altitude

What actually happened was...:
When a bee reaches Y=0 or below, its AI freezes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a bee in an empty/void world.

2. Wait until the bee reaches Y=0 or deeper.

3. The bee doesn't move anymore.
