Juke Boxes And Noteblock Settings

When you have music playing and a player turns on their Jukebox and Noteblock sounds while the sound/music is playing, they don't hear it until you restart the music or notes.

 

Also plays the "Minecraft Music" from the game loading screen at the same time as a juke box does.
