Broken Doors with Banners on them do Not Drop Banners

When in survival, breaking a door with a banner placed on a side does not drop the banner.

In case that wasn't clear,

Place a banner on a door. Break the door in survival, and the banner does not drop.

However, the banner breaking particles do show.
