In anvil switching same item slots show 2 diff prices

When i combine same items like 2 dia. picks with ench. and switch them in the slots it shows 2 different prices for xp,one cost less and one cost more but with the same results.

Vanila only..no mods

The same think was happen to me in the previous version 1.12.2
