Tripwire doesn't connect on Glowstone and Ice

What should happen: The tripwire connects on a glowstone block.

What actually happened: The tripwire connected but for a really short time (1 tick) then disconnected.

Steps to reproduce:
1-Put a glowstone/ice block.
2-Place string arround the glowstone/ice.
3-Put a string on the glowstone/ice.
