Bees keep wandering off of their Beehives.

I'm breeding Bees in an open field on a Plains Biome and my Bees keep loosing track of their respective Beehives and start wandering off my point of view despite me having more than enough Beehives to house the current bees i'm breeding.
I can't fill my Beehives because they keep getting lost and eventually i loose them completely.
