I cant play realm on wifi but can on cellular which is much slower than my 150mbs wifi

I can play real with my cellular data but cant with my wifi my wifi speed is 150mbs and my cellular is much slower than that my friend that came to my house with his laptop could play normaly but i couldnt i think this is account or PC related can somebody help me solve it i can connect for maybe 15 sec than i get kicked .I dont know why is that happening

i couldn
