1.14 World not loading in 1.15

I am trying to update my Minecraft java server to spigot 1.15 and when I load my 1.14 world into the 1.15 server the world is just blank when I load in, all my items in my inventory are there. I tried loading my world from just a regular map still nothing. 

Any solutions?
