Destroying item frames after respawning is weird

The bug

After respawning, destroying an item frame will create invisible ghost entities. Re-enter the world can resolve this bug.

How to reproduce

1. Place/find an item frame
2. Kill yourself: /kill
3. Destroy the item frame
   → Find that you cannot select the block through the position where the item frame was
