When pressing two keys ingame at the same time causes other key press to be registered with a delay

When pressing two keys at the same time, one of them activates with a delay

Pressing:

• W and SPACE => Walks immediately, jumping starts after approx. 1 second delay
• W and CONTROL => Running starts with approx. 1 second delay

Jumping always activates last, and this bug only appears ingame, chat, command blocks and signs are unaffected. I have not noticed this bug in older versions such as 1.12.2.
