Back part of the glint animation on many enchanted items shows Z-fighting

The Bug

The back part of enchanted swords, bows, crossbows, shears, fishing rods, carrots on sticks, warped fungi on sticks, flint and steel, potions, splash potions and lingering potions goes wild (z-fighting). Here is a video demonstrating the bug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n26kS3Xcwcg

Steps to Reproduce

• Obtain any of the above items, for example, an enchanted sword.

  /give @s minecraft:wooden_sword[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:unbreaking":1}}] 

• Hold the enchanted item in your hand and switch into third person. (Hit F5 twice).
• Look closely at the item held in your hand.
• Take note as to whether or not z-fighting can be seen on a variety of enchanted items.

Observed Behavior

Z-fighting can be seen on a variety of enchanted items.

Expected Behavior

Z-fighting would not be able to be seen on all enchanted items.
