1.15's slim model arm placement is higher than 1.14's slim model arm placement

The placement of the arms on the slim model has been affected in the 1.15 Minecraft release, they are much higher than the previous iteration. I am not aware if it is due to changes made on purpose, but I personally prefer the old placement of the arms.
