Certain inventory and chest slots are blocked, and I am unable to select them or effect them in any way.

On Hypixel, I noticed that a bunch of slots for selecting items were blocked, and I was unable to affect them in any way. I tried to troubleshoot this issue on different servers and single player worlds, and the same thing occurred. I was hoping this issue could be resolved, because the game is currently almost unplayable.
