When hitting mobs on top of honey blocks they do not "stick" to it

The bug

Entities receive vertical knockback despite standing on honey blocks.

How to reproduce

1. Fill the area below your feet with honey blocks:

   /fill ~3 ~-1 ~3 ~-3 ~-1 ~-3 minecraft:honey_block

2. Spawn a husk on top of the honey blocks and attack it.
   The husk receives vertical knockback, even though it is standing on honey blocks

Expected behavior

Entities would not receive vertical knockback when standing on honey blocks. Instead, entities should stick properly to these blocks and only receive horizontal knockback when attacked whilst standing on top of them.
