Chat Settings Gui button Click sounds twice.

When going into options (whether in-game or not) and clicking on the button labeled "Chat Settings..." on the button down motion the sound is registered correctly like all the other buttons. However when on the button up motion the sound is actually played again, making the sound play twice. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft

2. Go to options

3. Click (and hold to hear more clearly) into the menu

4. Upon letting go of the button the sound is called again.
