Skins are being Glitched, needs a tune up real quick!

Ok. Let me explain a few things. Some of us can Import skins right? Well I for one cannot use my Imported skin but instead I somehow have a copy of a player's skin. Its confusing for them and its annoying for me. There is nothing Inappropriate about my skin so this shouldn't happen. If you can fix this glitch some how, I would be thankful. So if anyone have the same prob, vouch with me.
