Non full blocks like grass path or farmland are buggy when jumping and walking over them

When the player approaches various blocks that do not extend to the height of a full block, but the player can't step up them, and tries to jump and walk over them it glitches out and causes the player to move abnormally until they either jump, walk up to another block, or fall.
