Crops & Harvesting - PC being pulled into water source block

Player character gets pulled into player-placed water source block when harvesting/planting crops on block next to source. Only occurs when player is standing on plantable block which is placed right next to water source block.

Appears to be bug where "water" (no actual water present) is flowing from tilled dirt block into water source block.
