Enchantment overlay on items in third person view do not render

What I expected to happen was...:
see the enchantment on my sword in third person

What actually happened was...:
my sword looked like it was not enchanted

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enchant an item
2. hold it in you hand
3. toggle third person
