Splash water bottles don't damage endermen

The bug

Endermen no longer take any damage when a splash water bottle is thrown at them.

Code analysis

For 1.15-pre2

Splash water bottles deal IndirectEntityDamageSource (Mojang name), however when endermen are damaged by this damage source they simply try to teleport and don't take any damage.
