Minecart with Furnace / Minecart with Chest are broken

While a Minecart with Furnace or Minecart with Chest are traveling, the furnace / chest will randomly rotate 180 degrees. 

To reproduce - Place a couple rails, then place a Minecart with Furnace or Minecart with Chest on one of them. Get the Minecart moving. Stare at the chest latch, it will disappear (and reappear on the other side). Same for a furnace.
