The Void superflat preset stone platform is not centered on 0, 0

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the stone platform to be centered at 0, 0.

What actually happened was...:
It was centered at 8, 8

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new superflat world with the "The Void" preset.

PS. You can use this command to fix it: /clone 24 3 24 -8 3 -8 -16 3 -16 replace move
