Beacon beams are not hidden in the fog

The bug

Beacon beams do not disappear in the fog when moving away from them.

To reproduce

1. Build a beacon on top of a beacon pyramid
2. Place a red stained glass block on top of it (to see the beacon beam better)
3. Set your render distance to 2
4. Move away from the beacon
   → The beam does not disappear
