incorrect lighting for blocks in GUI

blocks in GUI (creative and survival inventory,chests .....) appear brighter then they were in 1.14

 

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

-get some blocks

-open you inventory

-look at the blocks you've got

 

 

its a small issue but it just makes blocks in inventories look wierd and out of place.
