Stone blocks have brown marks on them, but not all of them, it seems random

I just loaded in the newest snapshot, 1.15 pre-release 1 and noticed some stone blocks have brown on them (almost like they are burnt), but only seems to be some of them, not all.
First pic shows normal texture, but the other ones show the brown.
