See through block outline turns water transparent when looking at it

The Bug
When looking at blocks such a Sugar Cane, Campfire, Flowers and Banners while looking at a body of water causes the block outline to become transparent.

Replicate

• Look at a block like Sugar Cane
• Look at a body of water while outline is still there
• notice how the outline makes the water transparent
