Multiplayer or LAN do not seem to work.

when we try to log on to the snapshot server/LAN it says logging in for ever. So i hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete to exit (because you can not move the mouse) when task manager comes up the pause screen shows (in the game) you can access the option, disconnect but when you try to press " Back To Game" the button depresses (goes blue) the nothing happens.
