ClientChunkCache.isValidChunk is slow
In 1.15Pre1, almost 20% of the whole render loop is spend on dnh.a() which is (according to the client deobf map) ClientChunkCache.isValidChunk().
If this function could be optimized/called less often, a huge FPS boost is possible
