Snow particles render darker / almost transparent if the block light level is 7 or more

The bug

If you are at block light 7 or more and it's snowing, the snow is transparent. When walking into it, it looks really weird and it is REALLY ugly.

This happens since 19w40a, and not in 19w37a/19w39a and earlier.
