Elytra Speed Exploit

The bug

When a large quantity of entities is loaded, and you start to run with elytra equipped spamming spacebar(jump), makes you fly on the ground at lightning speed.

How to reproduce

1. Dispense at least 3 double chests of boats in a chamber
2. With elytra equipped, start to sprint and spam spacebar
3. I leave the world here with all ready

Note: Remember to break the most bottom boat
