End crystals cannot be used by dispensers

There are still a few items with corresponding entities that dispensers still cannot use, namely the following:

While this ticket may indeed be considered working as intended or a feature request, I'd rather Mojang were the judge of this given the recent treatment of dispenser functionality tickets.
