Wither skeleton skulls and skeleton skulls don't have a texture on the inside of the skull when placed down.

Im on a server and ive collected every type of skull i could. I noticed today that there are no textures on the inside of the wither skele and skele skull. This is in the newest 1.15 snapshot.
