Windows: Double clicking game window titlebar maximizes game and performs click ingame

The bug

Under Windows you can double click the titlebar of a window to maximize / restore it. When double clicking the titlebar of Minecraft to maximize it, the second click is registered ingame instead of being ignored. Most other programs do not react to the second click.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set GUI scale to the highest allowed value
2. Resize the game window so it is not maximized
3. Open the Creative inventory
4. Select the Building Blocks category
5. Double click in the middle of the titlebar for the Minecraft window
   → The window was maximized, but the second click was registered by the game and changed the creative mode category to either Natural Blocks or Functional Blocks
