Turtles taking damage while transporting them on a boat

Turtles can take damage from surrounding blocks when being transported in a boat.

Steps to reproduce

• Place a row of blocks
• Ride a boat with a turtle into it and drive backwards into the blocks
  -> The turtle will take suffocation damage
