error on elder guardian animation

I found a bug in minecraft! it is one when the elder guardain gives you mining fatigue the elder guardian anamation happens it gose to about 1 half slab above the piont of view F5 or not what I expetced to happen was the elder guardian anamation to happennext to the player (please fix this bug in 19w46a or 19w47a in bees and bugs)
