Bees Rapidly Pop into and out of Hives/Nests

After a couple of correctly working pollination cycles, bees seem to pop out of their hives and immediately pop back in without pollinating any flowers. I tried making a fresh world to test it in and the same thing happened. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzkDdvquWWY
