Tesselating block model crash related to grass/water

I upgrade a world from 19w44a to 19w45a, and the world immediately crashes on load due to tesselating a grass block and water block. I downgraded, removed those blocks, and reupgraded and it fixed the issue. This did not happen on another world I upgraded, and didn't seem to happen with a newly generated world. For context, I was in the End dimension.
